Choose the departure before the tasting list

Reims Centre departures meet at Cour de la Gare; Épernay departures commonly use the tourist office at 7 avenue de Champagne. Paris products add the road transfer from the capital. The 14 cards below retain their matching booking listings, with the current product names where the operator has changed the itinerary.

All operator details below were checked in October 2026. A date-specific checkout remains the source for the final fare and available language. Where the retrieved booking page did not provide a verifiable sterling or euro starting price, the card omits the figure and links directly to availability; a US-dollar display has not been converted into an invented euro price.

A short booking checklist

For the Reims 09:00 e-bike departure, compare your train arrival with the station meeting time. For the Veuve Clicquot shared tour, choose the Reims 09:20 or Épernay 08:30 option deliberately: they return to different towns at different times.

The e-bike day lists a 155 cm minimum height and excludes children under 12 on GetYourGuide. Sparkling Tour’s two-producer half day is adults-only and not wheelchair accessible. The private family-grower tour uses a different accessibility statement; ask the operator about the exact vehicle and wineries when selecting that product.

A named Champagne house in a tour description may be replaceable: the Veuve Clicquot shared day explicitly allows another prestigious house if Veuve is unavailable. For a visit that must be at one particular house, read that product’s replacement clause before paying. A booking with a private guide is not automatically a guaranteed reservation at Krug or Pol Roger.

October 2026 GBP starting prices on six matching listings

The UK-facing GetYourGuide listing for the Paris Champagne day trip showed a starting price of £272 per person when checked in October 2026. The matching Veuve Clicquot and family-winery day tour from Reims showed £276. These are two different products: the Paris listing includes the road journey from the capital, while the Reims product starts in Champagne.

The Reims e-bike tour and lunch listing showed a starting price of £159. The one-hour Vollereaux cellar tour in Pierry showed £14. The Paris page’s linked recommendations showed £80 for the Le Clos Corbier tasting class with lunch, and a discounted £131 for the Bubble Champagne half-day tour, against a crossed-out £138. These were advertised starting prices, not quotations for every departure.

The cards retain their matching listing URLs. Enter the date, language and number of participants before relying on the total; the checkout establishes availability and the currently applicable price. No GBP conversion has been invented for the products whose UK tariff could not be retrieved.

The e-bike listings have precise participation rules

The Reims e-bike, tasting and lunch tour limits the group to eight and requires at least two participants. Its listed pickup choices are Reims at 09:00, Épernay at 09:35 or Le Clos Corbier at 09:45. The last option does not include the preceding van transfer. The organiser gives minimum height as 155cm and excludes children under 12.

That e-bike itinerary includes a helmet, lunch and four wines: two Champagnes, a red wine and Ratafia. Four wines therefore does not mean four Champagnes. Published return times are approximately 15:00 at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, 15:15 at Épernay and 16:00 at Reims. The organiser substitutes a van itinerary in bad weather; the actual booked product conditions govern that change.

The Viator afternoon e-bike listing numbered 17408P37 is a different product from the lunch tour, despite its older URL wording. Its current description specifies five hours, a maximum of eight, English guiding and three Champagnes. Lunch is excluded, under-16s cannot join and the route is not wheelchair accessible. The old “self-guided tour with lunch” URL must not override those current booking details.

A private format still needs its own booking conditions

The Connoisseurs private afternoon itinerary describes two grower visits, with six Champagnes and three spirits: Ratafia, Fine de la Marne and Marc de Champagne. Its title’s nine tastings must not be read as nine Champagne glasses. The listed stops include Cramant and Oger, with a Hautvillers church stop and viewpoint; total duration varies between three and a half and four and a half hours.

The private family-grower product numbered 17408P26 requires at least two participants and lists pickup in the Reims–Épernay area within 40km, at 10:00. It includes two growers, six tastings and lunch, and its current listing is non-refundable. The Sparkling Tour half-day product numbered 119407P2 instead has a maximum of eight, two growers and six tastings, without lunch.

The private Veuve Clicquot product numbered 17408P21 currently describes a nine-hour Reims itinerary, nine Champagnes, lunch, admission and minivan transport. Its older URL mentions Moët and Épernay. Use the current product title and itinerary at checkout, then retain that confirmation; a changed listing slug is not evidence that the former house is still included.

Separate the train ticket from the tour admission

A Reims departure from Cour de la Gare does not include a Eurostar ticket from London or a Paris Est–Reims ticket unless the product expressly lists it. The Paris day-tour product includes its own road transfer from the capital, while the Pierry cellar visit starts at 48 rue Léon Bourgeois. Those three departure arrangements require different travel bookings.

For the Vollereaux visit, select the one-hour cellar-and-tasting product before reserving transport to Pierry. For a Reims tour, retain the named meeting point on the operator confirmation; arriving at Champagne-Ardenne TGV instead of Reims Centre leaves an additional local journey.
