Where to stay in Champagne: hotels in Reims & Épernay

Choose Reims for hotels around place Drouet-d’Erlon, including the Continental at number 93, or Épernay for the Avenue de Champagne. Reims Centre and Épernay are separate railway bases, so match your hotel to your booked house visits.

Choose the address that matches the booked visits

Reims Centre and Épernay are separate railway bases. Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Hautvillers and the Côte des Blancs villages have different onward travel arrangements. The property cards below identify the actual commune and a concrete reason to choose that address; no unverified room prices or guest ratings are used.

The Booking.com links go to the named property through our CJ deep-link format. We may earn a commission if you book through an affiliate link, at no extra cost to you. Availability, room type, cancellation conditions and any extras are shown by Booking.com for your dates. A room at a Champagne-linked property does not automatically include its cellar tour.

Épernay: the Avenue and its town-centre end

La Villa Eugène

82–84 avenue de Champagne, Épernay. At the eastern end of the Avenue, this 19th-century former Mercier-family residence has 15 rooms. Choose it for its historic house setting near the Mercier end of the avenue walk.

See La Villa Eugène on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Hautvillers and nearby Champillon–Dizy

Maison d’hôtes La Chevalée

53 rue Henri Martin, Hautvillers. This is the option actually in Hautvillers village: the tourist office describes vineyard and Marne Valley views, a garden and a pool. Book it for the village streets and Saint-Sindulphe church, not a town-centre Épernay location.

See Maison d’hôtes La Chevalée on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa

Champillon. The tourist office lists 47 suites split between a modern wing and a 19th-century coaching inn overlooking vineyards. It is a Champillon hotel with its own spa and restaurants, instead of a room in Hautvillers; arrange a driver for tasting days.

See Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Logis Hotel Restaurant Bagatelle

214 Les Bas Jardins, Dizy. The Hautvillers tourist office lists this Dizy hotel-restaurant near Épernay and the Hautvillers sector. Choose it as a road-based Dizy stay with a restaurant; its Booking listing uses the Logis name while tourism listings also use Prim’Hôtel Bagatelle.

See Logis Hotel Restaurant Bagatelle on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.
The centre of Aÿ

Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ

Hôtel Castel Jeanson

24 rue Jeanson, Aÿ. The Hautvillers tourist office lists this Aÿ hotel with an indoor pool and terrace; most rooms are served by a lift. It is an Aÿ village base close to its Champagne-house streets, with house appointments booked separately.

See Hôtel Castel Jeanson on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Champagne Domaine Sacret

3 rue Billecart, Aÿ. A producer-linked guesthouse in Aÿ, listed by Marne tourism. Choose it for staying at the Sacret address itself; the property’s booking terms, room availability and any tasting arrangement are displayed on its own booking page.

See Champagne Domaine Sacret on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Le Clos Corbier – Champagne Collard-Milesi

5 boulevard Nicolas François Billecart, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. This family Champagne house dates from the 1850s and offers guest accommodation alongside its tasting and lunch activities. It is in Mareuil, not the centre of Aÿ; book the room and the desired wine experience as the separate products they are.

See Le Clos Corbier – Champagne Collard-Milesi on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Côte des Blancs: Avize, Vertus and Bergères

La Goutte d’Or

2 rue Ernest Vallée, Avize. An Avize chambre d’hôtes listed by Épernay tourist office. Choose it for an Avize-based route through the Côte des Blancs, with producer appointments in Avize and nearby Chardonnay villages arranged directly.

See La Goutte d’Or on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Montagne de Reims and its western approaches

Domaine du Chalet

Chigny-les-Roses. Épernay tourist office identifies a house built in 1860 in the Montagne de Reims park, linked with Palmer & Co’s vineyard landscape. This is a village-country stay for the Chigny sector, with transfers required for a Reims city evening.

See Domaine du Chalet on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Demeure Larmandier

9 rue de Reims, Les Mesneux. Reims tourist office lists this five-room guesthouse. Les Mesneux is a western approach to the vineyard area; choose it for that specific village setting, not as accommodation at Larmandier-Bernier in Vertus. The similar names refer to different places.

See Demeure Larmandier on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Troyes and a separate Côte des Bar stop

Le Champ des Oiseaux Hôtel & Spa

20 rue Linard Gonthier, Troyes. The neighbouring historic hotel gives the same cathedral-quarter focus at a different property. Use the specific Booking page: Le Champ des Oiseaux in Troyes must not be confused with similarly named accommodation in Rouen or Rochechouart.

See Le Champ des Oiseaux Hôtel & Spa on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Two further stays with official direct booking

Hôtel-Restaurant Les Avisés is at 59 rue de Cramant, Avize, in the Côte des Blancs. Épernay tourist office lists the hotel created by Corinne and Anselme Selosse; its official site offers 10 rooms. A matching current Booking.com property page was not verified, so use its official booking route instead of a guessed affiliate destination.

Book Les Avisés direct for an Avize stay. In Rilly-la-Montagne, Marne tourism lists Les Bulles Dorées at 32 rue de Reims, with five themed rooms and vineyard views. Its current Booking.com property URL was not verified; the official tourism listing supplies its direct contact route.

Contact Les Bulles Dorées through the official listing if Rilly is the announced base. This option gives the Montagne de Reims a third named stay without inventing a hotel link.

Access and late arrival are property-specific

Le 25bis’s official website states that its rooms are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Castel Jeanson’s tourism listing says most rooms have lift service. These statements describe different properties and different facilities; a lift alone is not a complete wheelchair-access specification.

For a rail arrival, keep the hotel’s check-in instructions with the final train booking. A village stay at Hautvillers, Chigny-les-Roses or Bergères-lès-Vertus needs the final transfer arranged separately. ABC Taxi, Agil Taxi and Épernay Taxi are named in the official 2026 Épernay map; request the destination commune and return travel for tasting appointments.

Côte des Bar: three named village bases

Hôtel Le Marius

2 place de l’Église, Les Riceys. Pick Les Riceys when the confirmed producer appointment is in its three-village vineyard sector. Aube tourism lists Le Marius at this church-square address, distinct from hotels carrying the same name elsewhere in France. The stay puts the village itself in the evening plan; a Troyes hotel would be a different base.

Book Hôtel Le Marius on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Logis Le Saint Nicolas

2 rue Général de Gaulle, Bar-sur-Aube. Choose this stone-and-timber hotel for Bar-sur-Aube’s historic centre and the eastern Côte des Bar sector. The Aube tourism listing identifies its outdoor pool, sauna and bar. It belongs to a town with its own station, unlike a remote vineyard guesthouse; match the train and taxi to the actual cellar appointment.

Book Logis Le Saint Nicolas on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

The third Côte des Bar option above is Le Moulin du Landion at 5 rue Saint-Léger, Dolancourt. Bar-sur-Aube, Dolancourt and Les Riceys are separate destinations: select from these three addresses by the named winery and day route, not by treating “Côte des Bar” as one town.

A third Montagne approach: Bezannes for the TGV

Hôtel Akena Reims Bezannes

79 rue Alfred Kastler, Bezannes. This is a practical western approach for an arrival at Champagne-Ardenne TGV, in the Reims-Bezannes business park. It is not a vineyard-village hotel. The tourist office lists lift access, private parking and electric-vehicle charging, making the address relevant for a rail-plus-car arrangement into the Montagne de Reims.

Book Hôtel Akena Reims Bezannes on Booking.com ↗Location source: official visitor listing.

Book the room type, then its transfers

La Chevalée places the visitor in Hautvillers, while Bagatelle is in Dizy and Royal Champagne is in Champillon. Those three nearby choices meet different evening plans. For a walk around Hautvillers’s iron signs and Saint-Sindulphe, select the village address; for a Champillon restaurant-and-spa stay, use the Royal Champagne property rather than searching for it under Épernay town centre.

Castel Jeanson, Domaine Sacret and Le Clos Corbier similarly divide between Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Billecart-Salmon’s official visit address is 40 rue Carnot, Mareuil; Bollinger and Ayala are associated with Aÿ. A room in one commune does not establish the travel time to a house in the other, so put the exact visitor entrance into the transfer booking.

In the Côte des Blancs, Avize, Vertus and Bergères-lès-Vertus provide three distinct overnight choices. La Goutte d’Or gives the Avize address; Le Relais du Vigneron puts the stay in Vertus; Mont Aimé gives Bergères. For an appointment at De Sousa in Avize or Larmandier-Bernier in Vertus, choose the relevant village before comparing room conditions.

Hotels with parking in Reims and Épernay

Best Western Premier Hôtel de la Paix, 9 rue Buirette in Reims, publishes a private garage at €20 per night (checked October 2026), reserved subject to availability, with a height limit of 1.90m. Friday evening and weekend access to rue Buirette is controlled by a bollard; the hotel gives arriving guests an access code. Public Parking Buirette is the hotel’s stated alternative if its garage is full. Best Western Premier Hôtel de la Paix on Booking.com.

Continental Hôtel, 93 Place Drouet-d’Erlon, offers a preferential tariff for the public paid parking used by its guests; this is different from an included private hotel garage. Its own driving directions use 1 boulevard du Général Leclerc. Ask reception for the resident parking arrangement before entering the car park, then leave the car there for your tasting day. Continental Hôtel on Booking.com.

La Villa Eugène, 84 avenue de Champagne in Épernay, has a private, closed, secure car park and an electric-car charging point. Its own access information states one vehicle maximum per reserved room, with a parking supplement. Request the applicable parking charge with your room reservation. La Villa Eugène on Booking.com.

Dog-friendly stays

Continental Hôtel explicitly accepts pets at its 93 Place Drouet-d’Erlon address. Send the dog’s details to reception and agree the applicable fee, size conditions and arrangements during cellar visits before choosing a non-refundable room. Continental Hôtel on Booking.com.

La Villa Eugène’s official homepage accepts dogs and cats at €30 per animal per night (checked October 2026). At 84 avenue de Champagne, its park and private parking put the stay on the Avenue itself. Arrange the pet and parking supplements separately: accepting a dog does not turn a cellar tour booked elsewhere into a dog-friendly visit. La Villa Eugène on Booking.com.

Domaine Les Crayères at 64 boulevard Henry Vasnier in Reims accepts dogs for a €50 supplement per stay (checked October 2026). Its official hotel FAQ offers bowls and baskets on request, and it has private secure parking. This is an alternative for a stay beside the Saint-Nicaise houses, with the dog’s arrangements agreed directly with reception. Domaine Les Crayères on Booking.com.

For the Channel crossing, use LeShuttle’s official pet-travel page. It covers Pet Reception, documents and travelling with your animal during the 35-minute crossing. A dog-friendly Reims hotel booking is separate from the carrier’s animal-travel requirements.

Château and luxury stays

Domaine Les Crayères combines a château and cottage with twenty rooms and suites at 64 boulevard Henry Vasnier, Reims. The former De Polignac residence stands in a six-hectare park, with Le Parc restaurant, Le Jardin brasserie and La Rotonde bar on the estate. The hotel’s own FAQ includes private secure parking with valet service at no additional parking charge. Domaine Les Crayères on Booking.com.

Château de Sacy stands on rue des Croisettes in Sacy, among the vineyards south-west of Reims. Atout France’s official classification record lists twelve rooms and twenty-four-person total capacity; the hotel has a restaurant and wellness offering. The twelve-room classification describes the whole property; live availability comes from the hotel or booking calendar. Château de Sacy on Booking.com.

Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa is a contemporary vineyard-view hotel at 9 rue de la République in Champillon, not an Épernay town-centre château. Its own website lists forty-seven rooms and suites, Le Royal restaurant, Le Bellevue and Abysse bar. The official room directory states free guest parking and welcomes well-behaved small dogs, excluding the spa and Le Royal restaurant. Ask the hotel for the applicable pet terms. Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa on Booking.com.

La Villa Eugène occupies a nineteenth-century house associated with the Mercier family at 84 avenue de Champagne. Its period winter garden, wooded park, heated outdoor pool and lounge bar make it the Avenue option in this selection. The hotel’s own information gives a roughly 5,000-square-metre park, a parking supplement and paid pet accommodation; choose it for the address and facilities, without assuming a fixed room tariff.
