The celebration plan centres on 3 bookable Avenue houses:Moët & Chandon, Boizel and Mercier. The Saturday Joyau tasting is the premium reservation; the restaurant’s €42–€69 menus provide a published food price instead of an invented celebration-package budget.
Suggested reservation slots
The times below are suggested reservation slots for Moët & Chandon, Boizel and Mercier. The operator’s calendar supplies the actual departure; the paid ticket is tied to that departure. Numbered map points follow the Champagne stops. Allow extra time for stops between the numbered map points.
Friday 17:00 — Épernay tourist office
7 avenue de Champagne, Épernay. Collect the official town plan at the western end of the Avenue. Its address list distinguishes Leclerc Briant’s 67 chemin de la Chaude Ruelle cellar reception from Le 25 bis on the Avenue. That distinction also matters when booking a celebration stay.

Search accommodation in Épernay through Find hotels in Épernay. The accommodation directory lists named properties by town; Booking.com supplies the current room terms and dates.

Book the route in this order
Book Moët’s Imperial Moment and Boizel’s Joyau de France for Saturday, then request La Grillade Gourmande’s 12:30 table. Mercier’s Sunday Founder or Duo slot is a separate reservation. The €150–€177 Saturday subtotal uses exactly those first two visits and the restaurant’s €42–€69 menus.the house directory to open the actual producer calendar. For this 5-stop route, reserve the paid appointments first, then the named restaurant, transport and accommodation. No 9:00 or 10:30 slot above becomes a ticket until the operator accepts it.
Access on this route
Mercier offers reserved wheelchair places and a non-drinking adult option by direct contact. Boizel’s official tourist-office listing includes a lift. At 46 avenue de Champagne, ask Boizel which parts of the chosen cellar and vat-room visit that lift serves.
What is included at the Saturday houses
Moët’s Imperial Moment is the 90-minute, €48 product with Moët Impérial and Rosé Impérial. Grand Vintage is a separate 90-minute experience at €85, comparing Grand Vintage Blanc and Rosé. Both use the current visitor booking route at 18 avenue de Champagne. The house advertises a 28 km cellar network, and the 90-minute ticket covers the house’s selected visitor route within it.
Boizel’s €60 Joyau de France product serves Joyau 2012 and Joyau Rosé 2012 in the current French tourist-office listing. The €40 Millésime option serves Brut Réserve and Grand Vintage 2019. The route includes the cellier, vat room and cellars; Boizel’s official reservation products give 90 minutes. English and French guided tours are advertised, with private visits in Spanish and Portuguese also listed. A Saturday Joyau reservation and the €69 restaurant menu are separate purchases, not a combined house package.
Avenue addresses for a different celebration format
Perrier-Jouët’s visitor page separates the Cellier Belle Epoque at 26 avenue de Champagne from the Maison Belle Epoque at 11. Art of Chardonnay is a one-hour, €95 tasting of two cuvées and explicitly excludes a cellar tour. The Cellier offers a reserved four-course seasonal pairing menu; request its current price from the house. The separate Maison’s five-course experience is €390. These October 2026 products provide named alternatives to the Saturday restaurant-and-cellar pairing; booking one changes the cost and schedule.
Leclerc Briant has the boutique and five-room Le 25bis address on the Avenue, but the named Immersion visit starts at 67 chemin de la Chaude Ruelle. The tourist-office product is €80 for four wines: two Classics and two Parcellaire or Specialities, with one to ten visitors per guide. The €150 private experience is a different request for a group of four to twelve. Neither tariff is a Le 25bis room price or an automatic benefit of staying there.

Museum and garden time on Sunday
Château Perrier is at 13 avenue de Champagne, between the town-end house addresses. Its Musée du vin de Champagne et d’Archéologie régionale charges €10 full adult admission, with free entry for children under 13 and for everyone on the first Sunday of the month. The included audioguide has English and French versions, French Sign Language, audio description and an easy-read option. The permanent museum route and the château garden are separate parts of a stop here.
Mercier’s audio-guided Founder, Duo and Golden Bubbles visits cost €25, €30 and €35 respectively. Founder is 45 minutes with one Blanc de Noirs; Duo and Golden Bubbles last 60 minutes with two and three wines. The panoramic lift and cellar train belong to the visitor route at 68 avenue de Champagne. Reserve wheelchair places or a non-drinking adult option with Mercier directly; those requests are not made through a hotel room reservation.

Dinner and the overnight address
La Grillade Gourmande’s own menu gives €42 and €69 choices at 16 rue de Reims. The restaurant publishes a closure from 24 December 2026 to 4 January 2027, so the Christmas-week version of this celebration plan needs a different named table. The form sends a request to Christophe and Kristel Bernard; telephone +33 3 26 55 44 22 reaches the restaurant for a reply. Its published weekly closure is Sunday and Monday.
For an Avenue stay, Le 25bis is the house-linked option at 25bis avenue de Champagne; A. Bergère’s rooms use 38–40. For a village setting, Royal Champagne is in Champillon, not in central Épernay, while Castel Jeanson is at 24 rue Jeanson in Aÿ. The central Avenue addresses fit the Saturday walking appointments. Champillon and Aÿ require their own return arrangement after the two paid tastings; the accommodation directory gives the named-property links.
Three more named bookings on the Avenue
A. Bergère’s wine-domain experience leaves its 38–40 avenue de Champagne address at 09:30 or 14:30, with a current official price of €90 per person. The producer takes visitors to its domain and includes three wines. That is a different format from a glass at the Avenue bar or a room booking at the same street address. A Bergère domain tour replaces a half-day in the Saturday plan; it is not an extra stop between the Moët and Boizel reservations.
Michel Gonet’s Épernay tasting has a three-Champagne, thirty-minute option from €24 and a blind six-Champagne tasting lasting one hour at €48. The cellar visit is instead in Avize: ninety minutes at €55 with three cuvées and a glass of Ratafia, according to the producer’s product page. The Avenue tasting and the Avize cellar booking therefore have different addresses and contents. For a celebration weekend that stays entirely on foot in Épernay, use the Épernay tasting product.
De Castellane’s current website says its cellars are temporarily closed. It nevertheless sells a €20, sixty-minute tower visit with one wine, a €30, seventy-five-minute version with two wines, and a €60, ninety-minute heritage experience with two wines. The tower requires 237 steps and rises sixty-six metres. Its visitor address is 57 rue de Verdun, a detour from the straight Avenue route. A tower booking should be identified as that particular current product, especially for anyone who needs a stair-free visit.
